..............This is the sound of me drumming my fingers on the desk with nothing to write about except that I can't be sure but the school nurse and I should probably just go ahead and call each other by our first names. And also, I don't know what to have for dinner.

I am on a first name basis with ours and I regularly bring her treats. She is also one of my friends on Facebook and really cool. She also treats my children the way any mom would want her children to be treated.

Bridger says that you should have crunchy tacos for dinner. That's his favorite thing.

Dinner has come and gone...I had high hopes for the spaghetti squash. Alas, it was not to be. Well, with half of them anyway.

Get THIS.. our elementary, does not have, a nurse. Can ya believe it? Just a cot to lay on while they call Mom for ya. I found it appalling at first-- but have now kinda gotten used to it. Ya take the good and bad with small town life.
Oh.. and I NEVER know what to make for dinner. Welcome to my world.
Hope your eening picked up!

There is no school nurse at our school either--just a bench and a phone to call mom to come get the sick kiddo.

I have the don't-know-what-to-make-for-dinner ailment quite regularly.

Do I want to know why the nurse is calling you so much? Which child? Or do they take turns? We don't have a nurse either. Tough times in the world of education.

Don't have dinner. Just eat popcorn and watch a good movie!

We had to break up with the school nurse in PA. Or at least tell her to not call us unless the fever was over 100.4, there was bleeding, or they were currently cleaning up bodily fluids that came out of my child. We got daily calls about 99.3 degree fever (Elise's natural body temperature) and various vague pains.

some kind of stew over rice for dinner. And for your next blog you can talk about your upcoming trip to see your brother in DC... Cause you're coming, right? Right?
