My children are going to be STARS! STARS I tell you!
Haley and Abby auditioned for a play yesterday with a traveling children's theatre. They will do rehearsals all this week and then have two shows on Saturday.
I have always wanted to be a stage Mom! Now is my, I mean THEIR time to shine!
Now, does anyone know where I can pick up some flippers?

Congratulations to your daughters! They are beautiful on their own without flippers and spray tans.
When you say travelling, I picture them going out on tour...like little carnies. I would love to see your children in some creepy custom-fitted "fle-epers." (I haven't seen Haley with teeth in years!)

Do you also secretly watch that appaling show? It is like watching a train wreck, you can't tear your eyes away.
Congrats on the play! There was a little children's theater in our town in NC. I always intended to put Elise in. Let me know when the performance is.

Well that was shockingly lacking in some very important details! What color sequins will they wear? Fake nails or real? Spray tan? What play are they in? What parts? And do tell...why on earth do they need flippers? I have 2 boys that LOVE the theater. I don't know whether to applaud it or be frightened. How I wish I were going to be there in the front row to play the part of the adoring aunt. Video??
Missoula Childrens Theatre? Waverly has done a couple productions with them. Which play are they doing? It is so much fun!! (Especially when they are at rehearsals all week!)

I studied the Green Knight in my Medieval lit class--I know all about that guy! Is Lil Babs going to get her head cut off? Oh how I wish we could be in the audience for the performances! I just love sitting in an audience and bursting my buttons with pride over family thespians!!!
