I have a friend named Kristen. We have been friends for a long time...nearly 14 years! (man, thats a long time...) Kristen had a camera in high school with a yellow button, and she always had it with her, and she took pictures, and if someone else took a picture with it we would all yell "push the button hard!" because we knew it was a sticky button. She has a love for a history of pictures and I'm sure she has enough to tell the stories of a lifetime. I am envious because she has started her own photography business, and she is great!
I love that she takes pictures of my kids for me every time she comes to town...I don't feel like I can let her visit without her camera because I love her ability to capture my children.

Check her out, she is the best!
(PS She's doing Christmas Cards this year and they are CUTE!)
Thanks Kris!

k
Cute pictures! She was going to our family pic when she was here last week but I chickened out... but your pictures make me think we should hae gone for it!
wow, these are really beautiful.
Em, those pictures are wonderful. I went to the site and saw them all. Thank you for the picture you sent us. Such beautiful children from beautiful parents.
Such cute cute girls. I love them!!! I hope were on that cute christmas card list.
Gorgeous! When do I get a copy? I want to show off my adorable nieces. :) Kristen really is very talented. I wish she could come capture my gang on film.
They don't look like real pictures. It looks like a photo shoot from Vogue. Gorgeous...gorgeous.
Those girls could be photographed with a dollar store disposable camera and still look like little angels. Your girls are just so very cute, em, and the pictures done by Kristin really showcases that.
Speaking of dollar stores....I found a home pregnancy kit in there, TWO for ONE DOLLAR. Would you really trust a dollar store pregnancy test when it's hanging on a rack full of last year's candy and expired douche boxes?
Oh Mrs. Elastic...I have a dear sister (who shall remain nameless) that while trying to get pregnant invested in many a dollar store prego tests...when my Mom found out, she sent her money for real ones. I just made a killing at the dollar store this weekend--we had to entertain the kiddos during conference and what better way to do it than bribe them with cheap toys that won't make me sigh when they break or get lost...I should invest my money in the dollar store biz, do you think it costs more than a dollar?
True story:
The first time I went into a dollar store, I kept asking, "how much does this cost? What about this?" To which the clerk just kept rolling her eyes, and saying, "A dollar, okay? Everythings a dollar, hence the name of the store, 'Everything's $1.00'." Ooops.
Imagine my disappointment the first time I went into Dollar General only to find out that hardly anything in there cost a dollar. I refuse to pay full price for my mustache wax cream.
:(
Holy moly-- those are fabulous pictures. I just LOVE THEM! I wish so badly that you guys were coming to the cousin party!! (are you?)
Gorgeous pictures!!!!
These pictures are so beautiful! I can't believe your beautiful girls- when did this happen? Too sweet for words.
