A perfect day and a beautiful wedding...
Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona
Hiking through rain forest to Waimea Falls
Watching the sun set on Waikiki Beach
Snorkeling in Hanauma Bay (tons of fish and an octopus!)
Cultural awareness, Maori tattoos and a Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center (Mia can't say we never took her anywhere...)
The Pali Lookout...I don't remember much of the view but I know it was a lip smackin good time...
A couple of lunches at Kua Aina for a burger with fresh avocado or grilled pineapple!
followed by trips to Matsumotos Grocery for shaved ice
The unbelievable view from the back of the house...and the ocean a mere 50 yards away.
Great company...
and coming home...
Thank you Mo and Dad for an unforgetable week with my favorite people!

mmm...Kua Aina...but what's going on behind you?
I haven't heard one "thank you" out of the babies--it's like they don't even remember going!
My girls were gushing over how gorgeous Sho is, and that dress, WOW! I never thought brown was an attractive color but it was so stunning when used as an accent on her dress.
We can't wait to meet her live and in person on Friday.
There is NOT one bad picture in this group!! What a (literally) beautiful day!!
I didn't realize how much smooching was going on during our little family-style vacation! Did you guys even notice the spectacular views??? Thank heavens Abby was being observant. (You can observe a lot when you're just sitting around nursing!) I could use an avacado burger from Kua Aina just now. Where is Hawaii when you really need it.....
Just think... if we could spread that week out and just take an hour or two when we REALLY need it... it could have lasted all year! Great pictures, Em!
didnt any of you realize the secret is to get an avacodo bacon buger and you ADD pineapple!!?? now THATS high living...
